Since 2002, James Riffe Communications has had the pleasure of creating memorable video, audio and design projects for clients around the country, from as far south as Florida and as far west as Ohio.
Our growing list includes...
Jefferson Christian Academy - As part of its outreach ministry, JCA called on James Riffe Communications in 2008 to produce a DVD featuring a video tour of its classrooms and testimonials from its faculty and parents. Muneris - an insurance and employee benefits agency in our hometown of Narrows, Virginia. When Muneris opened its office, James Riffe served as the "on-hold" voice for their phone and voicemail system. Carilion Health System - Western Virginia's largest healthcare provider called on James Riffe Communications in 2005 to conceptualize and create a multipurpose video presentation for Carilion Giles Memorial Hospital, celebrating the hospital's high patient satisfaction rating. James Riffe Communications also produced a short video in 2006 for Carilion New River Valley Medical Center's annual "State of the Hospital" presentation to its staff. And in 2009, JRC produced another in-house video for Carlion Giles Memorial, promoting its new Community Hospital, which is scheduled to open in 2010.
Celco Federal Credit Union - Giles County's locally-owned and operated credit union. When CFCU celebrated its 50th anniversary in 2006, they called on James Riffe Communications to create a historical documentary, highlighting some of its people and progress over the years. The video was shown at the 50th annual meeting in April 2006 to a packed house at Giles High School in Pearisburg. The response from the audience was overwhelmingly positive. WNRV-AM 990 "The Ridge" - Giles County's hometown radio station returned to local broadcast activity in July 2007 as the only 24-hour all-bluegrass station in the New River Valley. James Riffe served as the imaging voice, creating a package of bumpers and station IDs to help brand the station that's "preserving bluegrass for today's generation."
The Narrows Athletic Fund - this non-profit group of volunteer former Narrows High School athletes formed in August 2007 to establish an endowment fund for athletic improvements at the school. As part of its first fundraiser, a tribute event for Coach Bill Patteson, we interviewed dozens of former NHS athletes for a tribute video presentation.
Narrows Business & Professional Association - Originally known as the "Narrows Fall Festival" held in October, the association decided to move the event to August and rename it the "Narrows Community Fair" in 2007. To re-brand the event, the NBPA turned to James Riffe Communications to design a new logo and new print advertising for its posters and for the local newspaper.
Pulaski High School Multi-Year Reunion - this special event, held in the summer of 2005, brought together hundreds of PHS graduates. The actual event was covered by John Charlton of Images-4-Kids photography, but upon his sudden and unexpected death shortly afterward, James Riffe stepped in and finished the job of creating a slide show for DVD. Again, the response was tremendous.
